1. Coach account and login
Required.
Start with Open a coach account. On the sign-up page, check that Coach is selected. Enter your full name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Read the privacy notice and coach partner agreement, mark your acceptance and create the account.
If you receive a confirmation email, open the latest link. Check Spam if it does not arrive, then request another email from the login page. You can also request a password reset there.
After signing in, Account → Overview shows the setup steps. Billing, AI and Stripe have separate statuses: one successful save does not complete every step.
2. Billing details and approval
Required.
Open your billing details on Account → Overview. Enter your legal or company name, tax number, billing email and full address. The country field takes a two-letter code: HU for Hungary, DE for Germany, AT for Austria. This is your own billing country, not your athletes' country.
After saving, three separate statuses show saved details, tax number verification and admin approval. If verification fails, check the tax number and country code; ask for help if needed.
Use the contact button in Overview to request approval. It opens your email app; send the message yourself. You can set up API keys and prices while waiting. Stripe setup becomes available after approval.
3. AI provider, key and model
Required for athlete AI features.
On Account → API keys, choose which provider will prepare your athletes' plans and responses. The default model is the AI version you choose; an API key lets the app use your own provider account. You pay the provider for AI usage.
- Choose an AI provider and Default model. This is still a draft until you save it.
- Open the selected provider's page below. Set up an API payment method or credits, then create a secret API key. Copy the full key immediately; it may not be displayed again.
- Return to the app, paste the key into that provider's secret API key field and press Verify and save key.
- After the key saves successfully, also press Verify and save model. The model becomes your default only after the success message.
- Anthropic / Claude: create a key · API billing · usage limits.
- OpenAI: create a key · API billing · usage limits.
A ChatGPT or Claude chat subscription is separate and does not pay for API usage. Key and model verification can each run a short check with a small provider charge. After a successful save, the key field clears; the key stays stored in encrypted form.
If verification fails, check the copied key, API balance and model access. Troubleshooting help is also available at the bottom of the page. Individual tasks can use their own model under AI → Task models: if a task uses another provider, you also need a working key for that provider.
4. Accepting payments and bank payouts
Required to accept paying athletes.
On Account → Overview, press Set up Stripe after your billing details have been approved. Enter the business, identity and bank details requested on Stripe's own page. If you stop partway through, return using Continue setup in the app.
Return to Overview afterwards and press Refresh Stripe status if needed. Payment acceptance and Bank payouts have separate statuses. Continue setup if Stripe requests more details; refresh later if verification is pending.
You do not need to find or paste a Stripe API key. The button connects your coach account to Stripe. The athlete pays once; Stripe automatically separates your applicable platform fee and credits the remainder to your coach Stripe account. Stripe's own fees may reduce it further.
A Stripe balance is different from money arriving in your bank account. Use Open my Stripe account to check actual payout dates.
5. Methodology settings
Optional.
Under AI → Coaching instructions, set your own principles for your athletes' plans. For example, describe how to alternate training and rest or which preparation priorities to follow. Save the section you change.
You can skip this when starting and return later. Plans can still be prepared from the athlete's goals and data without your own instructions. Only change AI → Task models if you want a separate model for a particular AI task.
6. Athlete prices
You can start with the defaults.
Under Account → Athlete prices, set what the athlete pays for a four-week block. You can start with a 0% base price increase and the platform's default packages.
The base price increase is your own markup: 10% means raising the base price by 10%. Basic has no additional package markup; Premium and Ultra add theirs to the increased base price. The page shows the first introductory block separately from the three package prices, in both HUF and EUR.
The athlete's billing country determines the currency: HUF in Hungary, EUR in Germany and Austria. Your country and the app language do not switch the athlete's price to euros. The two list prices are set separately, without daily exchange-rate conversion. An individual currency setting made by the admin can override the country-based choice.
Choosing an AI model does not automatically raise the athlete's price. The platform fee is deducted from the payment, while you pay the provider separately for AI usage. Press Save prices after making changes. Already paid blocks keep their price.
7. First athlete and first plan
When all required steps are ready.
Your invitation link appears when all required steps on Account → Overview are ready. Copy it and send it to your athlete. Anyone registering through it is assigned to you. If the link is still unavailable, Overview shows which requirement needs attention.
The athlete also needs to set up their profile, zones, schedule and billing details. Send them the athlete setup guide for help.
Under Athletes → My athletes, you will find your athletes and their plans, and can start a training plan. Wait for the result while it is prepared. If the request is interrupted, check the plan list before starting again.
8. Costs, earnings and your invoice record
An ongoing coach responsibility.
Finances → Costs shows an estimate of AI usage recorded by the app. Check your provider balance and actual API billing on Anthropic's or OpenAI's own page.
Finances → Earnings shows purchases and your share after the platform fee, grouped by currency. This is not a bank payout report: Stripe fees and refunds can change what actually arrives. Check payouts in your Stripe account.
Create athlete invoices in your own invoicing software. On Earnings, mark I have issued the athlete's invoice for the purchase, optionally enter the invoice number or reference, then press Save. This is a record: it does not create an invoice or trigger a bank payout.
If the platform fee changes, Account → Overview shows the proposal and a 21-day decision deadline. The new fee applies to purchases started after acceptance; the 21 days are not a mandatory waiting period. Without acceptance, new purchases pause after the deadline.
Where do I find it?
These pictures were captured from the live app on 1 October 2026, using the test coach account with the interface in English. Billing and key fields are empty, with no athletes or purchases yet, so the pictures show setup in progress. The invoice checkbox appears with the first recorded purchase. Pictures are cropped; scroll in the app to reach the rest of a longer page.
