How do I start?
After signing in, Overview shows what is ready and what you still need to set up. The setup guide explains each step.
- Create a coach account and confirm your email address.
- Enter billing details and request admin approval.
- Choose an AI provider, create an API key and save it in the app.
- Connect your Stripe account to accept payments.
- Check athlete prices. You can keep the default settings to start.
- When all required steps are ready, send your invitation link to your first athlete.
Who pays for what?
The athlete
Buys a four-week block at your configured price. A Hungarian billing address means HUF; a German, Austrian or other supported EU address means EUR. The billing address determines the currency, not the page language.
The coach
You pay Anthropic or OpenAI directly for AI usage. Set up separate API billing with the provider. A ChatGPT or Claude subscription does not cover this.
The platform fee
Stripe deducts your accepted platform fee from the athlete's payment. It is not an extra charge for the athlete. The rest remains in the coach's Stripe account; Stripe fees and refunds can reduce it.
The invoice
Use your own invoicing software for athlete invoices. You can mark a purchase as invoiced in the app. The checkbox does not create an invoice.
Example with an accepted 20% platform fee: a €100 purchase gives €20 to the platform and €80 to the coach, before Stripe fees and refunds. Overview shows your own fee.
Stripe schedules payouts to your bank. Receiving a payment and receiving a bank payout are separate steps.
What can I set up?
Set your planning preferences, choose an AI model and set athlete prices. Detailed methodology settings can wait. The athlete chooses Basic, Premium or Ultra at checkout.
You can see your athletes' training plans and completion status. You have no access to their lab results or health data.
Common questions
Do I need a Stripe API key?
No. Open Stripe from the app and enter the requested business and bank details there. After returning, check the status in Overview.
Do I need to understand model pricing?
The AI model and athlete prices are separate settings. Start with a 0% price increase and default packages. Athlete prices shows the amounts in HUF and EUR.
What if the platform fee changes?
You receive a proposal and have 21 days to decide. The new fee applies to purchases started after acceptance. Without acceptance, new purchases pause after the deadline.
